Dugald Mackenzie, Senior Consultant

For the past 40 years I have worked on a range of multi-million-dollar developments throughout the country and oversee countless DA cases in the LEC.​

My Architectural work has ranged from major projects such as the Sydney Convention Centre at Darling Harbour and the Hyatt Hotels of Perth and Adelaide and my DA cases have included large unit developments, shop top housing projects, private house extensions, duplexes, and boarding houses.

As an architects, I understand what each project needs to get it over the line and as a property developer, I've had first-hand experience of the financial, logistical and legal challenges facing owners and developers. I can dissect the controls to find a way forward and resolve even the most 'unreasonable' disputes.
