FREE Initial Consultation
We will start by assessing your existing Development Application and advise on its likelihood for approval. If you are appealing a Council decision on your DA, we can review the Council determination and advise on the best way forward. Our aim is to have all cases resolved at mediation. Most of our cases never go to LEC hearing.
Architectural & Planning Service
Our team of Urban Planners and Architects will provide a detailed assessment of any issues with your DA and provide a full list of recommendations of how to resolve them. If there are elements of your development that need adjusting we can work with your existing architect and urban planner or make all the revisions for you. Our Architects have over 40 years' experience in commercial and residential development. Their intimate understanding of the issues that lead to dispute enables them to resolve them efficiently and successfully.
Legal Advice & Representation
Our legal team specialises in developing cost effective, robust strategies for Land & Environment Court matters and will represent you at conciliation/mediation for one set fee.* Our aim is to have all applications resolved at conciliation and most of our cases never go to hearing. In the unlikely event that your case does need to go to hearing, we will leverage our extensive network of leading counsel to engage a specialist barrister to represent you.*
*After the initial free consultation we will determine a set fee for handling your application and case. It will include architectural and legal advice and representation to LEC Conciliation/Mediation stage. Extra fees will apply for more in depth architectural services, designs and drawings or legal representation at a Land & Environment Court Hearing.
